25 before 25

I am no longer 23 and so my 24 before 24 is over – bring on 25 before 25.  If you would like to see the explanations behind my 25 before 25 in an extended post see here.

  1. Run a half marathon.
  2. Read two books a month (in total 24 books). (I am keeping track here - currently read 5/24)
  3. Cook at least two recipes from every cookbook I own (and blog about them). (Keeping track here)
  4. Host a miniature dinner party.
  5. Completely revamp my work wardrobe. (Keeping track here and on my pinterest)
  6. Start a dedicated cooking/eating blog. Started the cookbook chronicles.
  7. Fill all the walls in my house with art that I love.
  8. Make beautifully decorated cupcakes. (first attempt here - not quite beautiful enough)
  9. Pay off all my credit cards, and get in a comfortable financial position.
  10. and to help with the above Keep to a budget.
  11. Go in for a professional bra fitting.
  12. Become a market regular.
  13. Eat at a hatted restaurant.
  14. Make gnocchi and ravioli from scratch.
  15. Play a board game – or even better have a games night. I managed to squeeze in some Balderdash on my trip home to Perth.
  16. Create edible gifts for my colleagues and friends for Christmas. Created some gingerbread treats for my workmates, wrapped in cellophane and with some cutely stamped tags. See the end product here.
  17. Plan an overseas holiday
  18. Visit Weribee open range zoo: Went with my brother in April – see some snaps here.
  19. Start a stock portfolio.
  20. Visit the drive in theatre.
  21. Grow my hair to my waist.
  22. See more of Victoria.
  23. Organise something for my 25 birthday.
  24. Dine alone. I have gone to Brunch alone, as well as dining alone numerous times whilst alone on holiday in Thailand.
  25. Begin studying another degree. Began my bachelors of economics on 20/02
